Mi Venture is a people-centred empowerment initiative dedicated to connecting unemployed individuals with opportunities for personal growth, skills development, employment and entrepreneurship. Through job readiness support, career guidance, mentorship and practical training, we help individuals build the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to take meaningful steps towards a better future.
Our Mi Venture training programme focuses on personal empowerment and self-employment, encouraging individuals to recognise their potential, develop their abilities and explore opportunities to create sustainable livelihoods.
Through the Mi Venture online community, members can showcase their skills, share their stories, promote their businesses, connect with like-minded individuals and seek advice or support to overcome personal and business challenges. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that meaningful connections can open doors to new possibilities.
Mi Venture is committed to building an inclusive, supportive community where people can learn, grow, collaborate and turn their potential into opportunity..
To empower and build a community with like-minded people, connect individuals with opportunities, transfer skills and build confidence to achieve personal growth, access meaningful work and create sustainable income through employment or entrepreneurship.
Our mission is to empower individuals by connecting them with employment opportunities, practical training, mentorship and entrepreneurial support. Through job seeker assistance, personal development programmes and our online community, we aim to equip people with the tools, connections and confidence they need to unlock their potential, overcome barriers and build a more sustainable future.
