Mi Venture aims to connect individuals with relevant learning and training opportunities that help them develop useful skills for the modern workplace and changing economy.

We recognise that people have different educational backgrounds, levels of experience and career goals. For this reason, our focus is on helping individuals identify their skills gaps, explore accessible learning resources and find opportunities to improve their knowledge and abilities.

Training opportunities may include online courses, practical workshops, digital learning resources, skills-development programmes and connections to external training providers, depending on availability.

What is included:

• Digital literacy and computer skills: Opportunities to develop basic computer skills, internet use, email communication, online research and digital document preparation.

• Online learning and short courses: Guidance on accessing online training platforms and exploring courses that support personal development, career growth and business development.

• Workplace and administrative skills: Developing practical abilities such as using office software, preparing documents, managing information, communicating professionally and performing basic administrative tasks.

• Entrepreneurial and business skills: Introduction to business planning, customer service, marketing, financial management, record-keeping and other essential business activities.

• Digital and creative skills: Exploring areas such as graphic design, website development, social media management, digital marketing and content creation.

• Skills assessment and development planning: Helping individuals identify their existing abilities, determine what they need to learn and choose suitable training opportunities.

• Training and development connections: Linking individuals with relevant learnerships, workshops, skills programmes, educational resources and external training providers where opportunities are available.

• Practical application of skills: Encouraging participants to apply what they learn through projects, portfolio development, volunteering, work experience or entrepreneurial activities where possible.

Our goal: To help individuals gain relevant knowledge, develop practical abilities and improve their readiness for employment, self-employment and further development.
